Ella Howard

Ella Howard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and operations management within the education sector. As a Senior Project Lead at United Learning since September 2016, Ella has spearheaded various initiatives, including the implementation of the pupil mental health and wellbeing strategy, and has successfully managed operations for an independent apprenticeship provider, achieving a "Good" rating from Ofsted in January 2024. Ella's background includes strategic development for new apprenticeship provisions and comprehensive management of national professional development programs. Prior to this, Ella contributed to school improvement initiatives as an Assistant Project Lead and has also gained experience as a Private French Tutor and a Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages. Ella holds a BA in Politics and French from the University of Bristol and a PGCE in Secondary Modern Foreign Languages from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
