Anthony Maddalon has extensive experience in the mortgage lending and real estate sectors. Since January 2008, Anthony has served as the Owner of United Lending Partners, Inc., focusing on mortgage lending. Prior to that, Anthony co-owned Capitol City Real Estate Inc. from March 2010 to October 2016, where responsibilities included both mortgage lending and real estate sales. Anthony's experience also includes a role as Vice President and Sales Manager at Washington Mutual from November 2002 to January 2008, leading a wholesale mortgage sales team and overseeing hiring and training. From 1994 to 2002, Anthony worked as a District Manager for Household Finance / Beneficial, managing operations for multiple branch offices. Earlier in 1994, Anthony served as an Underwriter for Bank of America, evaluating loan quality. Anthony holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Arizona, earned between 1989 and 1993.
