James Kemp

James Kemp has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction industry. James is currently working as a Commercial Manager at United Living Group since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Managing Surveyor at EQUANS UK & Ireland from July 2021 to September 2022, and at ENGIE UK & Ireland from March 2021 to September 2022.

Before their roles as a Managing Surveyor, James held the position of Construction Director at Trinity Construction Services Ltd from July 2020 to March 2021. James also worked as a General Manager Works at Kier Group from August 2019 to April 2020.

James's career spans over several years, including a long tenure at Lakehouse, where they worked as a Construction Director for nearly 16 years from October 2003 to August 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Construction Manager at LENGARD LTD from July 1997 to October 2003, and as a Senior Surveyor at J Hodgson Ltd from August 1994 to July 1997.

James began their career in 1985 at Wates Group, where they worked as a Senior Surveyor for almost a decade, from September 1985 to August 1994.

James Kemp attended Cheshunt School from 1978 to 1985. From 1985 to 1990, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying (QS Option) from London South Bank University. In October 1991, they obtained the MRICS certification from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
