Sam Watson

Sam Watson is an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor currently with United Living Group since February 2023, previously serving as a Quantity Surveyor at Equans UK & Ireland and ENGIE UK. With a foundational career that began as a Trainee QS and progressed through roles such as Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Keepmoat Regeneration, Sam also gained experience in project administration at CAT-Surveys Group Limited and customer sales at Halfords. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying from Anglia Ruskin University and a BTEC National Diploma in ICT Support Systems from Havering College.
