Thomas Lynch Msc Mrics

Thomas Lynch MSc MRICS has a diverse work experience in the field of building surveying. Thomas is currently the Managing Director at Katoli Building Surveyors. Prior to this, they worked as a Design Coordinator at United Living Group. Thomas also has experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor at Barker Associates LLP, a Building Surveyor at Ak Design, a Senior Building Surveyor at Greenfields Community Housing, and a Building Surveyor at NPS Group. Their early career includes working as a Building Surveyor at Ak Design.

Thomas Lynch MSc MRICS has a diverse education history. Thomas completed their Fine Art degree at Newham Community College from 1994 to 1996. Later, they pursued a building Surveying BSc (Hons) degree at Anglia Ruskin University, which they completed from 2002 to 2007. In 2003, they attended Barking & Dagenham College and obtained an Auto-Cad 2D Level 4 city & Guilds certificate. Lastly, Thomas pursued a Project Management MSc degree at Anglia Ruskin University from 2010 to 2013.
