United Lutheran Seminary
Mark Hoffman is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in biblical studies, serving as a Professor of Biblical Studies at Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg and as the Glatfelter Professor of Biblical Studies at United Lutheran Seminary since July 2002. Mark earned advanced degrees in Religious Studies with a focus on the New Testament from Yale University, where studies culminated in a PhD in 1996, complemented by an MA and MPhil. Prior theological education includes a Master of Divinity from Luther (Northwestern) Theological Seminary and an initial BA in Religious Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
