Ramsy Shika

Ramsy Shika currently serves as the Human Resources Lead at United Manganese of Kalahari (Pty) Ltd since September 2022, focusing on strategic planning and partnerships along with a diverse set of skills. Prior experience includes positions such as Section Human Resources Manager at Sishen Iron Ore Company (Pty) Limited from May 2017 to September 2022, where expertise in labor and employment law was developed, and various roles at Anglo American, including Talent Acquisition Business Partner specializing in organizational development. Earlier experience at Nkomati Nickel Mine involved supporting the Head of HR and managing significant HR processes. Ramsy holds a Bachelor of Technology in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Africa.
