Adam Babbidge

Adam Babbidge began his working career in the janitorial business in 1997 after attending the University of Maine where he majored in Business Development. Adam’s janitorial experience started right out of college as he gained part-time employment performing duties as a night porter cleaning two floors of a commercial office building in Charlotte, North Carolina. In his first year of employment, he was promoted to Project Manager servicing key clients within the firm. Adam has in the janitorial arena after serving 24 years in the industry. During Adam’s working career, he has combined his experience of being a Commercial Property Manager along with managing sales teams in the Architectural Restoration and Maintenance of aesthetic finishes for commercial office buildings throughout the Southeast. Adam’s expertise in the janitorial industry and multifaceted background with commercial real estate buildings make him an invaluable member of the UMC family.
