Erika Escobar Morgan

Erika Escobar Morgan, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 17 years. Erika is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at United Malt since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Salt & Straw from July 2020 to December 2020.

From February 2018 to February 2020, Erika held the position of Vice President of People and Organization at Banfield Pet Hospital - Mars Veterinary Health, where they developed talent management and workforce planning strategies and spearheaded Diversity and Inclusion programs.

At Nike, Erika held several leadership roles, including Senior Director of Global HR Service Delivery from January 2016 to February 2018, Director of Americas HR Shared Services & Operations from January 2013 to January 2016, and Director of Global HR Customer Service & Operations from October 2011 to January 2013. Erika also served as the Global Shared Services Process Director from February 2010 to January 2012, HR Customer Service Manager from January 2009 to February 2010, and Diversity & Talent Manager from December 2007 to January 2009.

Erika's earlier experiences include roles as a Retail Supply Chain Business Analyst from September 2006 to December 2007 and a Supply Chain Operations Specialist from October 2004 to September 2006.

Erika Escobar Morgan, SHRM-SCP, completed their Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Marketing at the University of Washington from 1998 to 2002. Prior to attending the University of Washington, they also pursued their studies in International Business, Trade, and Commerce at the University of Portland from 1997 to 1998.
