Niah Henry has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, Niah worked at United Malt, starting in 2020. They held the positions of Director - Enterprise Architecture & Strategic Solutions and Enterprise Solutions Architect. Prior to that, Niah was a Product Manager at BBSI in 2020. From 2012 to 2020, they worked at WestRock Company as a Sr. Implementation Analyst. Additionally, Niah held roles as an IT Business Analyst and Master Data Program Manager at KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation from 2012 to 2018. They also have experience in leadership positions at Autism Society of the Lakeshore and Children's House Montessori. Earlier in their career, Niah worked as a Dispute & Medical Claims Adjuster at GEICO and held various roles at Country Club of Fairfax, Laurel Hill Golf Club, and Randolph-Macon College Higgins Academic Center.
Niah Henry's education history includes multiple degrees and certifications. In 2002, Niah attended Randolph-Macon College and completed a BA with Honors in an unspecified field of study in 2005. Afterward, Niah pursued further education and obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate from Villanova University in 2013. Niah also completed a Certificate in Master Data Management and Technology from Villanova University, which started before 2014 and ended that same year. In 2015, Niah participated in the KapStone Continuous Improvement Program, earning a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification in Continuous Improvement. Currently, Niah is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Washington State University, with an anticipated completion in 2024.
