Manuel Rodriguez has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering field. Manuel started their career at ESI Consult, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern, gaining knowledge in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design. Manuel then transitioned into the role of a Mechanical Engineer, where they were responsible for MEP design, drafting, and project implementation. Eventually, Manuel became an Engineering Project Manager at ESI Consult, overseeing a team of engineers and coordinating with clients to deliver construction documents for various projects. Currently, Manuel works at United Mechanical as an Engineering Team Lead, where they lead and supervises a team of HVAC engineers, manages their time effectively, and ensures project deliverables and schedules are met.
