Paola Villarreal

Paola Villarreal possesses extensive experience in nutrition and public health, currently serving as a WIC Nutritionist and Certified Community Health Worker at United Medical Centers since October 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Data Specialist with the Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas from February to July 2019, a Nutritionist at the City of Austin from August 2017 to December 2018, and an internship as Food and Nutrition Director at New Braunfels Food Bank in May 2017 to July 2017. Paola Villarreal holds a Bachelor of Family and Consumer Sciences with a focus on Nutrition and Foods Dietetics Track from Texas State University, where studies were completed between 2014 and 2017.
