Jay Milligan

Jay Milligan is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer and Buyer at United Metals Recycling since November 2010. In addition, Jay is also the President at Converter Reclaim since March 2014. Prior to these positions, Jay was previously a Buyer at United Metals Recycling in November 2010.
