Molly Rafferty Davis

Executive Coordinator at United Methodist Family Services Of Virginia

Molly is the Executive Assistant to the CEO. She began her journey with UMFS in January of 2014 with the Therapeutic Treatment Services (TTS) program. Molly then worked as an Intensive Care Coordinator facilitator for 3 years before transitioning to the TFC program as both a TFC social worker and the Intake Specialist. Molly was also a leader of the Central Region Systems of Care Expansion Center grant and supervised the Family Support Partner program.

Molly has a master’s degree in counseling from Marymount University and is a National Board-Certified Counselor, as well as a credentialed Facilitator and Coach in High Fidelity Wraparound. Prior to UMFS, Molly worked as a Data Coding Specialist for a consulting firm and was a Research Analyst for the National Registry of Evidence-based Programs.
