Amanda Mountain

Amanda Mountain currently serves as the Transformation Experience Specialist at United Methodist Women, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Amanda was the Director at Motown Mission from June 2019 to January 2022, focusing on urban mission work in Detroit. Earlier experience includes serving as the Associate Director of Development at McCurdy Ministries Community Center, where Amanda managed a portfolio of grants and donor communications. Amanda also worked as a consultant for the General Commission on the Status and Role of Women, researched and managed volunteer networks with the General Board of Global Ministries, and held various roles in arts organizations. Amanda holds a Master of Divinity from Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Mercyhurst University, along with a high school diploma from Interlochen Center for the Arts.
