Michael Duvall has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Michael began their career at Chrysler in 1967, where they served as an Information Systems Shift Supervisor. In this role, they supervised IT personnel and operations for a large automotive manufacturing plant, overseeing hardware and software installations, training, and workstation design.
In 2007, Duvall transitioned to the education field, joining Wilmington University as an Adjunct Instructor. During their tenure, they taught both undergraduate and Masters level courses, specializing in Fusion Program instruction and hybrid course development. Michael was responsible for developing face-to-face, hybrid, and online courses.
Most recently, Duvall worked with The United Methodist Church of Greater New Jersey as the Cape Atlantic District President of United Methodist Men. In this role, they collaborated with leadership at all levels to establish and develop chartered United Methodist Men groups across 60+ churches in the district. Their responsibilities included organizing and training men's groups, fostering personal growth, discipleship, and missions within their communities and globally.
