Ana Ortiz has extensive experience in human services, currently serving as the WHEAP Coordinator at UMOS since January 2012, where responsibilities include providing energy assistance for income-qualified residents in Kenosha County. Prior to this role, Ana worked as a Domestic Violence Advocate at the Women's Resource Center from December 2004 to January 2012, focusing on crisis intervention and advocacy for victims of domestic abuse. Ana also held positions at the Spanish Center of Southeastern Wisconsin from November 2001 to January 2012, serving as both Human Services Coordinator and Interim Executive Director, advocating for the needs of the local community. Ana Ortiz earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Upper Iowa University between 2009 and 2011.
