Bilal Drouby

Bilal Drouby serves as the CX and Channel Development Director at United Motors Company, where responsibilities include leading the development of sales and aftersales channels across subsidiaries, enhancing customer experience, and managing compliance and performance metrics. With extensive experience in network development, Bilal has held various leadership roles, including Director of Business and Network Development, where strategic transformation initiatives for a network of 65 facilities were implemented. Previous positions include Head of Dealer Network Development at Elite Auto KSA and roles focused on network planning and establishment in both the Iraqi market and construction project management. Bilal holds an MBA in Business Management and International Leadership from Hochschule Furtwangen and a Master's in Architecture and Design from Lebanese University.
