Gina Rodolico

Gina Rodolico is an accomplished Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at UNCDF since August 2015, where responsibilities include designing and implementing Challenge Funds for clean energy businesses in Africa, evaluating proposals, and developing performance-based agreements. As Project Manager for the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority since January 2015, Gina oversees the procurement and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning software. From September 2011 to December 2023, Gina served as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University SIPA, teaching energy-related courses and facilitating capstone workshops. Previous experience includes working as a Business Development Specialist at Embark Energy, Innovations Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Information and Communication at E+Co, where Gina managed a diverse team and developed impactful business development services. Gina holds a Certificate of Finance from New York University and a Master’s degree in Counseling from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
