Kiyoung Ko is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information and communications technology (ICT). Currently serving as the Director and Head of Office at the United Nations since 2018, Kiyoung Ko focuses on ICT training and consultations for policymakers in developing countries. Prior to this role, Kiyoung Ko held the position of Senior Vice President at KT from 1992 to 2017, specializing in global consulting on ICT technology, global business operations, corporate relations, and research. Kiyoung Ko holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Technology Policy from Yonsei University, a Master's degree in Management Science from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
