Lisa Maria Braun

Lisa Maria Braun is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainable development and green investment, currently serving as a Green Investment Expert and Project Coordination Consultant at the United Nations ESCAP since June 2023. In this role, Lisa manages donor relations, project coordination, and technical inputs on green foreign direct investment (FDI), while also developing policy briefs and knowledge products. Previous positions include facilitating sustainable development initiatives as a Green Transition Expert at UN ESCAP, managing partnerships for the Catalyzing Women’s Entrepreneurship Programme, and producing a GCF concept note on energy efficiency in healthcare. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor's degree in International Management and Asian Studies from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz.
