Sue Allchurch has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Sue started their career in 1984 as a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, where they later became a Marketing Manager Fragrances Europe. From 1992 to 1998, Sue worked at Unilever as a Marketing Manager for Hair Innovation Centre and later as a Category Director for Deodorants and Hair. Sue then held positions as Marketing Learning Director and Head of Consumer Insight Europe at Unilever. Sue joined Brand Learning Ltd in 2003 as a Marketing Capabilities Director. In 2005, they moved back to Unilever as the VP of Unilever Marketing Academy and later became the Global Brand VP for Lipton and Surf, Skip, Breakthrough Innovation & Sustainability. From 2013 to 2015, Sue worked at Save the Children UK as the Director of Marketing and Communications. Currently, they are the Chief of Outreach and Engagement at the United Nations Global Compact, a position they have held since 2017.

Sue Allchurch obtained a degree in Biochemistry from Exeter with a 2:1 classification in 1984.
