Laure Beloin is an experienced professional in international relations and program management, currently serving as the First Donor and External Relations Officer at the United Nations Human Rights since 2020. Prior roles include Programme Management Coordinator and Donor and External Relations Officer at OHCHR from 2001 to 2019, and Election and Cooperation Officer at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe from 1998 to 1999.
