Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a strong background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, a web store specializing in organic body care products and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Mariana previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana was a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Educationally, Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
