Natalia Cepeda

Natalia Cepeda has extensive experience in international relations and human rights, currently serving as a Partnerships & External Relations Officer at the United Nations Human Rights since January 2011, with prior roles including External Relations Officer and Head of PM&E - Donor Relations. Previously, Natalia worked at the Norwegian Refugee Council as a Program Officer focused on Access to Justice and at the European Commission as a Program Assistant in the Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection Department. Early career experiences include a position with Médecins Sans Frontières as a Program Assistant and internships with the Presidencia de la República de Colombia and the Cancillería de Colombia. Natalia holds a M.A. in Analysis of International Contemporary Problems from Universidad Externado de Colombia and a B.A. in Political Science from Universidad de Los Andes, along with a Certificate in European Studies from Sciences Po Strasbourg.
