Vincent Simon has extensive experience in the field of human rights, currently serving as an Associate Human Rights Officer at the United Nations - Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) since May 2012. In addition to this role, Vincent is the President Fondateur of Club Quetzal, a position held since November 1997. Previous professional experience includes serving as the Director of Institutional Relations at Plaza Pública from June 2012 to May 2013 and as an Avocat Stagiaire at cabinet d'avocats vigo from October 2009 to April 2010. Vincent holds a Master's degree in Humanitarian Law, Human Rights, and International Criminal Law from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights (2008-2009), as well as a Licenciatura in Derecho from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2004-2008) and a Master's degree in Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne (2004-2008).
