Claribelle Poujol

Claribelle Poujol has a diverse work experience history. Claribelle is currently working as the Chief of Business Transformation at the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF), where they are responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives, optimizing organizational processes, and integrating culture in organizational change. Prior to this, they held various roles at UN Climate Change, including Project Lead and Chief of Resource Mobilization and Partnerships, where they established and institutionalized the Resource Mobilization and Partnership function and developed new partnerships and strategic initiatives. Additionally, they served as the Chief of ICT Operations at UN Climate Change, where they led the planning and operation of ICT infrastructure and user support services for the secretariat's climate conferences. Claribelle was also a Chief of Section (IPSAS) at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, and worked as a Consulting Director at Oracle, delivering large-scale projects and managing relationships with strategic clients and partners. Before joining Oracle, they served as a Principal in Project Management at DMR CONSULTING. Claribelle Poujol has a comprehensive education history. Claribelle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of the Philippines. Additionally, they pursued a Global Executive MBA and completed it within the years 2010 to 2012. Claribelle obtained this degree from various prestigious institutions including TRIUM Global Executive MBA, The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), New York University, and HEC Paris. More recently, they acquired the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from The Knowledge Academy in November 2021. Their most recent certification, received in December 2021, is in Digital Transformation: From AI and IoT to Cloud, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity, which they obtained from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In July 2005, they also obtained the PMP/PMI certification from the Project Management Institute.
