Ria Ghosh, CFA, FRM, currently serves as an Investment Officer at the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund since November 2022. Previously, Ria held the position of Portfolio Manager for Fixed Income Investments at The World Bank from June 2017 to November 2022, overseeing a multi-currency liquidity portfolio with assets under management of approximately USD 120 billion. Earlier experience includes roles at Nomura AEJ as a Fixed Income Sales professional, Deutsche Bank as a Macro Structuring Associate, and contributions to macro projects at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Ria began in finance as a Structured Products Research Analyst at Nomura Securities in New York and started a career with an internship at Goldman Sachs. Ria's academic credentials include an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
