Majed abu

Majed Abu is an accomplished Chief of Information Management Services at the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) since May 2014, with extensive expertise in managing information systems to support global humanitarian operations. Majed has demonstrated strong strategic thinking by developing and implementing information management strategies aligned with organizational goals. Previously, Majed served as Deputy Head of Office and Outreach Manager at OCHA, focusing on partnership development and collaboration with key stakeholders to enhance humanitarian response efforts. Majed's career at OCHA began in October 2007 as an Information Management Officer. Majed holds a Master of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Portsmouth.
