Jesus Guerrero

Jesus Guerrero has a diverse work experience in the United Nations system. Jesus currently serves as Co-Chair at both The Learning Lab - United Nations Secretariat and the International Organizations Coaching Network (IOCN). In the past, Jesus held the position of Chief, Management and Communication Unit at the Centre for Learning and Multilingualism in the United Nations Office at Geneva. Jesus also co-chaired the Geneva Learning Network (GLN), a forum for UN professionals involved in learning and staff development. Additionally, Jesus served as Head a.i., Staff Development Unit at United Nations Human Rights, where they implemented the organization's Learning Strategy and provided coaching support to staff. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Chief of the Language Training Programme and Associate Staff Development Officer at the United Nations Office at Geneva, where they led language training programs and implemented staff development initiatives.

Jesus Guerrero earned a Bachelor's Degree in Russian Language and Literature from Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1991 to 1996. Jesus then pursued a Master's Degree in Certificate on Pedagogical Aptitude from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and completed it in 1997. In 2006, they obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Università degli studi Roma TRE. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Certified Strength Coach from Gallup in January 2023 and obtained a DiSC Trainer Certification from Learning Partners in February 2022. Jesus also completed various other certifications in mediation, hypnosis, career counseling, non-verbal communication, NLP, and executive coaching between 2011 and 2019.
