Vadim Isakov

Vadim Isakov is a seasoned digital information officer currently serving at the United Nations Office in Geneva since October 2014. With prior experience at the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe and as an editor for Global Voices Online, Isakov has demonstrated expertise in digital media and communication. As a journalism professor at Ithaca College, Vadim taught various courses, including "Digital Journalism Workshop" and "International Communication," while also contributing as a press officer for the International Committee of the Red Cross in Russian. Other experiences include roles as a correspondent for AFP, an evaluation specialist for a USAID project, and an editor for Uzreport.com. Vadim holds a Master's degree in Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a diploma in Russian Language and Literature from Bukhara State University.
