Andrew Bower

Andrew Bower currently works as a Programme Manager for the UNDRR, responsible for coordinating country support in Europe and Central Asia. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Policy Officer for the European Commission and held research and academic positions at King's College London and the College of Europe.
