Marcelo Sabanes is an Executive Director at Circular Economy Innovation Hub Paraguay and an External Advisor for Sustainable Development and Climate Change at the European Union. Marcelo is also an Advocate for the UN Global Campaign for Resilient Cities at the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction. With 23 years of experience in project management, climate change mitigation and adaptation, Marcelo has worked in 45 countries across 4 regions. Marcelo is currently serving as the Sustainable Development & Risk Reduction Manager at Casa Rica.
