Ayari Honda

Ayari Honda is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in program management and international relations. Currently serving as an SRH Programme Management Officer at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) since October 2023, Ayari previously worked as a Project Manager at ChildFund Nepal, focusing on educational access and violence prevention for marginalized children. Prior experience includes serving as an official at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, where responsibilities included coordinating anti-human trafficking policies with UN agencies, and providing logistical support for key events at the United Nations. Ayari also has experience as an intern at UN Women, contributing to gender equality initiatives, and as a research assistant with Centre People Appointments. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Gender, Policy and Inequality from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Hiroshima City University.
