Dr. Josephine Mbithi is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational transformation and strategic talent management across multiple high-profile institutions. Currently serving as the Director of the Division for Human Resources at the United Nations Population Fund since January 2019, Dr. Mbithi champions workforce development aligned with corporate growth goals. Previous roles include leading human resources for the World Bank Group's Africa, Southern & Eastern Asia, and Pacific regions, as well as serving as Director of Human Resources at The Global Fund and The Coca-Cola Company, where innovative performance management and talent engagement initiatives were successfully implemented.
