Nemanja Bezarević

Nemanja Bezarević is an experienced professional in international law and diplomacy, currently serving as a Programme Assistant at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) since September 2022 and previously held the position of Project Assistant for the UN Secretary-General’s Peacebuilding Fund joint program. Prior to these roles, Nemanja was the Branch Director for the Organizacija srpskih studenata u inostranstvu (OSSI) in the Netherlands and contributed to the Amnesty International Student Group Leiden as a member of the Refugee Committee. Internship experience includes working with UNHCR in the Durable Solutions Unit in Serbia and support for the Italian Diplomatic Academy’s conference at the UN Headquarters. Additional roles encompass various leadership positions at the United Nations Club of the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law and involvement in Model United Nations events. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws in Public International Law from Leiden University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Belgrade.
