Nesrine Talbi

Nesrine Talbi is a highly experienced consultant specializing in emergency preparedness and response in the field of sexual and reproductive health. Currently serving as a Global Emergency Preparedness and Response Consultant at FP2030 and a MISP Readiness Assessment consultant for UNFPA since January 2021, Talbi contributes to the development of guidance documents and supports assessment implementations across multiple regions. Previous roles include leading the development of the MISP Readiness Assessment tool with IPPF and serving as a Senior SRHR Programme Advisor, where Talbi managed the Eastern Europe and Central Asia Inter-agency Working Group on Reproductive Health in Emergencies. An extensive background includes project management positions in education and health for organizations such as Triangle Génération Humanitaire and the Delegation of the European Union to Cambodia. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Management of Humanitarian Projects and International Relations from IRIS Sup'​ and a Master's degree in Physical and Health Education from Université libre de Bruxelles.
