Dee Murphy is an experienced organizational psychologist and leader with a diverse background in operational excellence and leadership development. Currently serving as Group Chief Operating Officer and Board Member at Unseen since January 2023, Dee is responsible for navigating acquisitions, restructuring, and driving growth within the organization. Alongside this role, Dee has been involved with UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School as an Occasional Lecturer since 2016, delivering seminars on leadership and career development. Other notable contributions include providing tailored leadership development programs for UNICEF and UNHCR, and offering pro-bono psychological support for children and families through CARI.
