Dr. Niru Kumar

Dr. Niru Kumar is the Founder and CEO of Ask Insights, a consultancy specializing in diversity and inclusion, serving prominent clients such as Google, Amazon, and the World Health Organization since 2006. Additionally, Dr. Kumar holds positions as a National Icon and Board Member on the National Advisory Committee for the Election Commission of India and as a D&I Consultant for the United Nations. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Medical Officer at the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in the Government of India from 1988 to 2012. Dr. Kumar completed medical education at Maulana Azad Medical College and holds certifications in hypnotherapy and NLP from recognized institutions.
