Mopeli N. is an experienced security professional currently serving as a Field Security Associate at the United Nations Department of Safety and Security since March 2015, after previously holding the position of Local Security Assistant at the same organization since July 2009. Mopeli N. has a strong background in security management, advising on security-related matters, maintaining security plans, and conducting training on security awareness. Prior experience includes roles as a Signalar & Aircraft Apprentice with the Lesotho Defence Force and as a Radio Operator for the United Nations Development Programme, where responsibilities included managing telecommunications and ensuring the safety and security of staff and property. Educational qualifications include a B.Tech in Project Management from Central University of Technology, a Master’s Degree in Adult Education from the National University of Lesotho, and a Bachelor's Degree in Theology from Ts'epo Christian Bible College.
