Tom Barton

Tom Barton is an Evaluation Officer with the United Nations, currently engaged in evaluations related to the UN Resident Coordinator System. Tom previously served as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor at Conciliation Resources, focusing on peacebuilding programmes across various regions, and gained extensive experience in the MEL division of an international development consulting firm. Tom also held roles at Disability Africa and Raleigh International, where they contributed to projects aimed at improving outcomes for disabled children and implementing WASH initiatives. Tom earned a Master’s degree with distinction in Conflict, Security and Development from the University of Exeter.
