Benjamin Bartley

Benjamin Bartley currently serves as the Director of Responsible Procurement at UNFI since November 2023. Previously, Benjamin was the Business Development Senior Manager at SustainCERT from January 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing North America's key accounts and overseeing the sales process for various advisory and certification services related to GHG inventory reporting. As the Owner and Founder of Offshoot LLC from May 2020 to October 2023, Benjamin provided consulting services focused on regenerative agriculture and local food systems, securing substantial grant funding. Additional experience includes roles at the Ecosystem Services Market Consortium, Penn State University, La Montañita Co-op Food Market, Arcadia Center for Sustainable Food & Agriculture, and Cheesetique Specialty Cheese, with a strong background in grant writing, program development, and food systems management. Benjamin holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Professional Studies in Ecosystem Management and Administration from Penn State University and an MBA in Business Analytics from Drexel University.
