Brian Elliott

Brian Elliott is an experienced professional in shelf management and produce merchandising, currently serving as a Senior Shelf Management Representative at UNFI since September 1977, and also as a Shelf Management Specialist at SUPERVALU since July 1990. Elliott has a strong background in maximizing sales through effective shelf placement and adjacency evaluation. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Produce Specialist at SUPERVALU, focusing on staff training and product quality in the Northern region, as well as training Produce Department personnel at Cub Foods from June 1986 to June 1991.
