Emily Takkunen

Emily Takkunen has a diverse work experience in finance and analysis. Emily is currently a Senior Vice President of FP&A at UNFI, where they previously held roles as Vice President of Commercial FP&A and Vice President of Corporate FP&A. Prior to their time at UNFI, Emily worked at General Mills for several years, holding roles such as Sr. Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst. Emily also had internships at Ernst & Young and Waste Management, Inc. Additionally, Emily is a member of Chief, a professional network for women leaders. Emily'sextensive background in finance and analysis has equipped their with a strong skill set in strategic planning and financial management.

Emily Takkunen completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Wisconsin School of Business in 2004. Emily later pursued further studies and obtained a Master's degree in Accountancy from the same institution in 2005. Emily then pursued an MBA specializing in Finance & Marketing from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, which they completed in 2008.
