Hector Pearson

Hector Pearson, LPC, is an experienced professional in asset protection and loss prevention, currently serving as the Director of Asset Protection for Natural at UNFI since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and Senior Director of Asset Protection at RITE AID from April 2021 to June 2025 and Regional Pro Sales Director at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from June 2020 to April 2021.
