Jenn Leonard has extensive experience in business transformation and pricing strategies within the retail sector, currently serving as the Director of Business Transformation and previously as the National Pricing Director at UNFI since November 2006. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, Jenn has designed and implemented effective customer-based solutions, identified system efficiencies, and optimized business development strategies. Jenn has managed various teams at different levels, overseeing pricing disputes and process improvements, and ensuring accurate pricing for major customers. Jenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Franklin Pierce University, along with an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Ashford University.
