Lubin Park

Lubin Park is an accomplished HR professional with a strong background in HR systems analysis and recruitment configuration. Currently serving as an HRSS Systems Analyst at UNFI since August 2023, Lubin is responsible for configuring Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition and leading design projects, achieving substantial cost savings. Previous experience includes the role of HRIS Coordinator at URBN, where oversight of user support and data transition between systems was key, as well as HR Operations Analyst at Piano, focusing on HRIS management and data-driven reporting.
