Matt Porro

Matt Porro, PMP, is an experienced IT leader with a strong background in project and program management within the food distribution and technology sectors. Currently serving as Director of IT Strategy - PMO at UNFI, Matt leads strategic initiatives in Supply Chain, Enterprise Systems, Digital, and CRM for a $30 billion industry leader. Prior roles at UNFI include Senior Manager of IT PMO and Senior Manager of IT Solutions, focusing on high-impact supply chain projects. Previous experience includes IT Operations Senior Consultant & Performance Manager at BearingPoint and Software Logistics Manager at Dell. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Information Systems from Penn State University.
