Rita Coviello

Rita Coviello is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and strategic transactions. Currently serving as a Board Member for ACC New Jersey since September 2024 and as Senior Legal Counsel at UNFI since April 2023, Rita specializes in drafting and negotiating complex supply and distribution agreements. Prior roles include Commercial Counsel at PSEG, where negotiation of multifaceted commercial transactions was central, and Legal Counsel at SGS, focusing on contract drafting and negotiations. Rita also held significant positions at Wyndham Worldwide over 13 years, including Group Vice President of Legal, where leadership in litigation, government relations, and compliance was key. Rita Coviello holds a Master of Laws in International Law from Georgetown University Law Center, a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
