Jessica Wallo is the Director of Community Services at United Neighborhood Centers of NEPA, where Jessica has been working since November 2009. Prior to their current position, Jessica served as a Holy Cross Associate at the Center For The Homeless in 2005-2006. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from King's College (2001-2005) and a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Marywood University (2006-2009).

United Neighborhood Centers of NEPA is dedicated to meeting the needs of local low-income families, seniors, and youth in our community, while also helping them to attain self-sufficiency. We achieve this through six diverse programmatic departments - Community (Crisis) Services, Child Care, Youth, Active Older Adult, Community Education & Revitalization, and Community Health - as well as a Housing/Community Development Corporation. OUR MISSION: To work together with neighbors to provide services and create opportunities that empower individuals and build strong, interdependent communities. UNC is proud to be an independent member agency of the United Way of Lackawanna & Wayne Counties, Alliance for Strong Families and Communities, Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania, National Low Income Housing Coalition, and Housing Coalition of Lackawanna County.
